SECURING THE RESERVATION
Your booking is only secured once you have signed the booking form and paid a deposit of 50%. This is possible via bank transfer to our account at the Raiffeisenbank in Walgau.

We always recommend a travel insurance! In many cases you are also insured via your credit card. Please assure yourself!
Payment
Payment is due upon booking. You can pay via bank transfer. You will be charged the amount atthe time of booking. Additional costs incurred during the stay can be charged on departure.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
You are welcome to move into your chalet from 3 p.m. On departure, we ask you to vacate the chalet by 10 a.m. atthe latest so that we have enough time to prepare forthe new guests. Thank you for your understanding!
FACTS OF INTEREST
- You cannot split your payment across multiple payment methods.
- The tourist tax is not included in the room price and varies depending on the hotel, apartment, location and other factors.
- If you pay in a foreign currency, your bank may charge additional fees. Check the terms and conditions.
